1:00PM - GRAND STREET PARADE - 1:00 pm sharp. GRAND STREET PARADE. Beginning with floats at the Cornwallis River Crossing (New Minas); bands, horses and walkers enter into the Parade from Kentville Research Station and parade all along Main Street finishing at Kentville Memorial Park.
With over 200 entries and averaging two hours in duration the Grand Street Parade offers lots of family fun and entertainment. Grand Street Parade is one of the main highlights of the Annapolis Valley Apple Blossom Festival and is the third largest continuous parade in Canada! Grand Street Parade is Celebrating 78 years of rain or shine delivery of great family fun. Come out and join us on Parade Day Saturday. Bring your chair and see what the Valley has to offer.
